Established in 2018, BluRock Services brings residential, commercial, and design coordination together under one company. Our capabilities span whole-home renovations, structural alterations, additions, new construction, and commercial build-outs, alongside focused interior and exterior improvements.
Our approach starts with understanding the property and the owner’s goals. We connect the scope, material choices, drawings, trade work, and construction sequence so customers can understand how their project will move forward.

General contracting & major renovations.
As a general contractor, BluRock brings the full construction scope together: estimating, planning, trade coordination, materials, field work, inspections, and closeout. We provide a central project contact for owners and work with architects, engineers, and specialty trades to connect the drawings to the work on site.
Major renovations require decisions across several parts of a building. We plan demolition, structural work, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, weather protection, and finishes in a coordinated sequence. Existing conditions, material lead times, access, and required approvals help shape the construction plan.
Whole-home & major interior renovations
Renovations across multiple rooms, including selective demolition, layout changes, framing, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, basement remodeling, flooring, cabinetry, and millwork. We coordinate the concealed preparation and building systems with the visible finishes.
Structural alterations & additions
Home additions and extensions, expanded living areas, foundation work, framing, beams, headers, and connections between new and existing construction. Structural changes are coordinated with the project’s design professionals, engineering requirements, and approved plans.
Building systems coordination
Plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilation work coordinated with appropriately licensed trades. Rough-ins, equipment locations, inspections, and finish installations are sequenced around the renovation layout and existing building conditions.
Exterior & building-envelope improvements
Roofing, siding, window replacement, doors, flashing, waterproofing details, and concrete and masonry. We connect exterior improvements to the interior scope, with attention to transitions, drainage, weather protection, and durable installation details.
Commercial & multifamily renovations
Tenant improvements, retail renovations, office build-outs, apartment and common-area renovations, and mixed-use property upgrades. Planning considers building rules, occupants, deliveries, protection, system shutdowns, and phased work where the property allows it.
Ground-up construction
Our new construction services coordinate site preparation, excavation, foundations, and framing through the exterior enclosure, building systems, interiors, and finishes. Drawings, permits, material selections, inspections, and turnover requirements are connected to the construction sequence.
A clear process at every stage.
1. Understand the property
Review the owner’s goals, drawings, existing conditions, affected systems, and site access. Identify design, budget, approval, and occupancy considerations before defining the work.
2. Define the scope
Develop the estimate around inclusions, allowances, exclusions, and trade responsibilities. Connect selections, long-lead materials, permit needs, and construction phases to the project plan.
3. Coordinate the work
Schedule trades and deliveries, organize site protection and inspections, and communicate progress. Review discovered conditions, scope changes, and their budget or schedule effects with the owner.
4. Review the result
Walk through completed work, address punch items, and coordinate final inspections and sign-offs where required. Organize cleanup, available product information, and project closeout.
